ASIAN BOWL WITH TONNINO WHOLE BLACK PEPPER TUNA

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 piece of ginger
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 cabbage
  • 1 radish
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 1 avocado
  • 4 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup of sushi rice
  • 1 Jar of Tonnino with Whole Black Pepper in Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon chives, minced
  • Chili sauce
  • Sesame seeds
  • Soy sauce
  • Vinegar
  • Sesame oil
  • Almond butter
  • Salt and pepper

PREPARATION:

  • Mix soy sauce, red chili sauce, grated ginger, lemon juice, sesame seeds and sesame oil in a bowl.
  • Add the Tonnino Tuna filets to the mixture and marinate in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
  • In a separate bowl, marinate the cucumber, cabbage, radish, carrots and avocado with lemon juice, vinegar, and salt.
  • Prepare the dressing by mixing almond butter, sriracha, soy sauce, lemon, salt and pepper.
  • Make 1 cup of sushi rice and add serving to a bowl
  • Add the marinated vegetables on top of the sushi rice
  • Add the marinated Tonnino Tuna on top of the marinated vegetables and sushi rice
  • Top with dressing and garnish with sesame seeds
  • Serve to taste and enjoy!
