ASIAN BOWL WITH TONNINO WHOLE BLACK PEPPER TUNA
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 piece of ginger
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha
- 1 lemon
- 1 cucumber
- 1 cabbage
- 1 radish
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 avocado
- 4 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup of sushi rice
- 1 Jar of Tonnino with Whole Black Pepper in Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon chives, minced
- Chili sauce
- Sesame seeds
- Soy sauce
- Vinegar
- Sesame oil
- Almond butter
- Salt and pepper
PREPARATION:
- Mix soy sauce, red chili sauce, grated ginger, lemon juice, sesame seeds and sesame oil in a bowl.
- Add the Tonnino Tuna filets to the mixture and marinate in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, marinate the cucumber, cabbage, radish, carrots and avocado with lemon juice, vinegar, and salt.
- Prepare the dressing by mixing almond butter, sriracha, soy sauce, lemon, salt and pepper.
- Make 1 cup of sushi rice and add serving to a bowl
- Add the marinated vegetables on top of the sushi rice
- Add the marinated Tonnino Tuna on top of the marinated vegetables and sushi rice
- Top with dressing and garnish with sesame seeds
- Serve to taste and enjoy!
