Avocado and Dried Tomato Mousse Bruschetta

with Tonnino Tuna in Olive Oil

  • 1 jar Tonnino Tuna in olive oil
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 rehydrated dried tomatoes
  • ½ cup cream cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sourdough bread


Mix the avocado with the cream cheese. Salt and pepper to taste.
Blend the dried tomatoes with a little oil (the olive oil from the Tonnino Tuna jar may be used). Mix in the cream cheese until smooth.
Spread the mousse on bread slices and place the Tonnino Tuna fillets on top.
