Bacon Wrapped Tuna Stuffed Mushrooms

  • 1 – 8 oz block cream cheese
  • 1 tsp cajun seasoning
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 1 jar Tonnino Tuna Lemon & Pepper in Olive Oil
  • 1 carton white button mushrooms
  • 1 package bacon
  • 1 package coffee stirrers


  • Wash mushrooms and remove stems.
  • In a small bowl, add cream cheese, green onions cut into small pieces, and cajun seasoning. With your hands, mix those ingredients together.
  • Grab some of the mixture, and stuff into the hollowed out part of the mushroom left but removing the stems. Now add some tuna on top of the cream cheese.
  • Wrap bacon around the mushrooms and add a toothpick on top to keep the bacon and tuna in place.
  • Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until bacon is cooked through.
  • Serve warm. You can also add a little tuna on top of the bacon.
