In a small bowl, add cream cheese, green onions cut into small pieces, and cajun seasoning. With your hands, mix those ingredients together.
Grab some of the mixture, and stuff into the hollowed out part of the mushroom left but removing the stems. Now add some tuna on top of the cream cheese.
Wrap bacon around the mushrooms and add a toothpick on top to keep the bacon and tuna in place.
Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until bacon is cooked through.
Serve warm. You can also add a little tuna on top of the bacon.
