Creamy Squash Soup

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 jar Tonnino Tuna in spring water
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • ¼ cup onion, chopped
  • 2 cups pureed squash
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ cup whipping cream
  • ¼ tablespoon rosemary, chopped

PREPARATION:

Fry the onion and rosemary in butter until the onion is crystallized and add the pureed squash.
Blend the whipping cream and water. Heat to a boil.
Serve in bowl and add Tonnino Tuna.
