1 jar Tonnino Tuna Fillets Garlic in Olive Oil or Lemon and Peppers in Olive Oil
3 boiled eggs
Parsley fresh, for garnish
Paprika for garnish
PREPARATION:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Slice the baguette loaf into 1/2 inch slices. Place on a baking sheet and cook for 7 minutes to crisp into toasts.
Remove the crispy bread from the oven. Pour the tuna into a bowl and mash it gently to break up large tuna chunks and add the boiled eggs. Top each bread slice evenly with Parmesan cheese then top each slice with tuna mix. After the tuna, add the remaining Parmesan cheese on top.
Bake an additional 3-4 minutes or until it starts to brown gently.
Top each slice with a sprinkle of paprika and fresh parsley.
