Spicy Ricotta Cheese Bruschetta

with Tonnino Tuna in Spring Water

  • 1 jar Tonnino Tuna in spring water
  • Black and white sesame seeds
  • 1 package rice noodles
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce


Cut the bread diagonally into thick slices and toast the slices in the oven.
Mix the ricotta cheese with the dry herbs, salt and pepper.
Place the mixture on each piece of toast and place a piece of Tonnino Tuna on top.
Garnish with microgreens.
