- 1 tablespoon cilantro leaves (chopped)
- Black pepper (to taste)
- Bibb lettuce
- ½ avocado (chopped small)
- 1/3 cup carrots (Finely diced)
- 1/3 cup diced cucumber
Directions
- In a small bowl, combine Tonnino Yellowfin Tuna with spicy bell pepper, cilantro, and black pepper.
- Wash and pat dry 6 Bibb lettuce leaves. Evenly divide the tuna among each lettuce leaf and top with carrots, avocado, and cucumber.

Ingredients
- 10 oz Tonnino Yellowfin Tuna with spicy bell pepper (1 can)
- 3 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1 Tablespoon onion grated
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 cup Italian style 4 cheese shredded
- Squeeze of lemon
- Garnish: jalapeno slices, parsley, lemon slices
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a small baking dish with nonstick spray.
- In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add all spices, onions, garlic, and cheese and stir well.
- Squeeze a little lemon on the Tonnino Yellowfin Tuna with spicy bell pepper then fold into mixture and spoon into prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until bubbling hot.
- Serve immediately with your preferred garnishes and dippers.
