Tonnino Party Yellowfin Tuna with Spicy Bell Peppers Sauce

Zesty Tonnino Tuna Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients

  • 10 oz Tonnino Yellowfin Tuna with spicy bell pepper (1 can)
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro leaves (chopped)
  • Black pepper (to taste)
  • Bibb lettuce
  • ½ avocado (chopped small)
  • 1/3 cup carrots (Finely diced)
  • 1/3 cup diced cucumber

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, combine Tonnino Yellowfin Tuna with spicy bell pepper, cilantro, and black pepper.
  2. Wash and pat dry 6 Bibb lettuce leaves. Evenly divide the tuna among each lettuce leaf and top with carrots, avocado, and cucumber.
  3. Serve

Hot Tonnino Tuna Dip

Ingredients

  • 10 oz Tonnino Yellowfin Tuna with spicy bell pepper (1 can)
  • 3 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 Tablespoon onion grated
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 cup Italian style 4 cheese shredded
  • Squeeze of lemon
  • Garnish: jalapeno slices, parsley, lemon slices

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a small baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add all spices, onions, garlic, and cheese and stir well.
  4. Squeeze a little lemon on the Tonnino Yellowfin Tuna with spicy bell pepper then fold into mixture and spoon into prepared baking dish.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until bubbling hot.
  6. Serve immediately with your preferred garnishes and dippers.
